Effective Date: Upon enrollment in any Frame School course/program
This Non-Disclosure, Confidentiality & Course Content Protection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Frame School (“Frame School”, “Institution”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the enrolled student (“Student”, “you” or “your”).
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Frame School course or program, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
All educational and instructional materials provided by Frame School are confidential and proprietary to Frame School and/or its instructors, content creators, partners, or licensors.
The Student agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload, sell, transfer, sublicense, share, or otherwise make any such material available to any third party without prior written permission from Frame School.
Course login credentials are strictly personal and are issued exclusively to the enrolled Student.
Frame School may suspend or terminate access if account sharing or unauthorized access is detected.
The Student shall not share, forward, upload, reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise provide Frame School course content to any person or organization, including via WhatsApp/Telegram, cloud storage, email, social media, YouTube, torrents, private groups, screen recording, photography, screenshots, or any other method.
Students may share their own learning experience, achievements, completed work, or permitted screenshots on social media, provided that such posts do not disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential Frame School course content.
The Student must not publicly post full or substantial lessons, recorded classes, course PDFs, downloadable assets, project/source files supplied by Frame School, private course-platform pages or credentials, or content enabling others to access or reproduce course materials.
All intellectual property rights relating to Frame School's proprietary course materials remain with Frame School and/or the applicable rights holder. Course access does not transfer ownership or grant rights to commercially reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish proprietary materials.
The Student shall not resell course materials, create a competing course using substantial portions of proprietary materials, distribute recordings/files, upload materials to repositories, or use proprietary training material for commercial training without written authorization.
Frame School may take reasonable measures to identify and investigate unauthorized access, account sharing, copying, recording, distribution, or other misuse. Where unauthorized activity is identified, Frame School may, subject to applicable law, suspend/terminate access, revoke the account, deny further enrollment/access, preserve evidence, seek compensation where legally applicable, and initiate appropriate civil or criminal proceedings where the conduct constitutes an offence or otherwise violates applicable law.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, recording, or commercial exploitation may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual-property, copyright, contract, or other laws. Frame School may pursue appropriate legal remedies and proceedings to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Student shall respect confidentiality and intellectual-property rights of third-party materials, instructors, clients, partners, software providers, or other rights holders whose materials may be incorporated into a Frame School course.
Confidentiality and course-content protection obligations continue after course access or enrollment ends, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By selecting “I Agree”, submitting an application, enrolling in a Frame School course, or accessing the course platform, the Student confirms that they have read and understood the Agreement, will comply with confidentiality requirements, will not share credentials, understands unauthorized copying/recording/distribution is prohibited, understands violations may result in termination and legal action where applicable, and agrees to use course materials solely for authorized educational purposes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter and the applicable jurisdiction of Frame School, subject to applicable law.
