Effective Date: Upon enrollment in any Frame School course or program
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment, payment, access, participation, and use of educational services provided by Frame School (“Frame School”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By enrolling in any Frame School course, making a payment, accessing the learning platform, or participating in the program, the student (“Student”, “you” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.1. Enrollment in a Frame School course provides the Student with access to the specific course, curriculum, learning resources, mentorship, and other services included in the selected program.
1.2. Course access is personal to the enrolled Student and cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or assigned to another person.
1.3. Frame School reserves the right to verify the identity of a Student and may restrict or terminate access where fraudulent enrollment, account sharing, unauthorized access, or other misuse is identified.
2.1. Frame School provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible course enrollments.
2.2. The Student may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment/payment, subject to the conditions specified below.
2.3. To qualify for the money-back guarantee, the Student must submit the refund request through the official communication channel designated by Frame School within the applicable 7-day period.
2.4. The money-back guarantee is intended to allow the Student to evaluate whether the course is suitable for their learning objectives.
2.5. Where a Student has substantially consumed, copied, downloaded, recorded, reproduced, or distributed protected course content, Frame School reserves the right to review the refund request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the course's refund policy.
2.6. Once the refund is approved, the Student's access to the course, learning platform, mentorship, community, and associated services may be terminated.
2.7. Refund processing times may depend on the payment method, payment gateway, bank, or other financial institution involved.
2.8. Any promotional, discounted, bundled, or special-offer enrollment may be subject to additional refund conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
3.1. Course access is provided only to the Student who has completed the enrollment and payment process.
3.2. The Student must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.3. Sharing, selling, lending, transferring, or permitting another person to use the Student's account is strictly prohibited.
3.4. Frame School may suspend or terminate access where unauthorized account sharing or other misuse is detected.
3.5. Course access may be subject to a defined access period depending on the particular program purchased.
3.6. Frame School may update, modify, reorganize, or improve course content, curriculum, software workflows, assignments, or teaching methods from time to time in order to maintain educational relevance.
4.1. All course videos, lectures, tutorials, assignments, project files, source files, notes, PDFs, assets, study materials, demonstrations, workflows, methodologies, and other educational resources provided by Frame School are protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright laws.
4.2. Course materials are provided exclusively for the Student's personal educational use.
4.3. Students must not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make Frame School course content available to any third party.
4.4. This prohibition applies to both free and paid distribution.
4.5. Students must not upload Frame School course materials to platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, Discord, social-media platforms, torrent networks, file-sharing websites, or any other public or private distribution platform.
4.6. Unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of course content may result in termination of access and appropriate legal proceedings or other remedies available to Frame School under applicable law.
5.1. Students are expected to complete assignments and portfolio projects as part of their learning process.
5.2. Frame School may provide feedback, reviews, corrections, and recommendations on student work as part of the applicable program.
5.3. The quality and outcome of a Student's work depend on several factors, including individual effort, practice, prior knowledge, technical ability, artistic ability, consistency, and time invested.
5.4. Frame School does not guarantee that every Student will achieve a particular skill level, artistic standard, salary, employment outcome, or professional result.
6.1. Placement assistance is not a job guarantee.
6.2. Frame School may provide placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, portfolio guidance, industry referrals, job leads, or other career-support services where such services are included in the applicable program.
6.3. Placement assistance is intended to support eligible Students in pursuing employment opportunities. It does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment.
6.4. Placement assistance may be provided only to Students who satisfy Frame School's applicable eligibility requirements.
6.5. Eligibility may include, but is not limited to:
6.6. Students who have not completed the required portfolio or who have not demonstrated production-level knowledge may not be eligible for placement assistance.
6.7. Frame School may assess a Student's readiness through portfolio reviews, assignments, practical assessments, technical evaluations, mock interviews, or other reasonable evaluation methods.
6.8. Even where a Student is eligible for placement assistance, Frame School does not guarantee a job offer, a specific number of interviews, employment within a particular period, employment with a particular company, a specific salary or compensation package, a specific job title, remote or on-site employment, employment in a particular city or country, or any particular career outcome.
6.9. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employer or recruitment organization and may depend on employer requirements, vacancies, interview performance, portfolio quality, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside Frame School's control.
The Student is responsible for:
Frame School cannot be held responsible for a Student's failure to achieve learning or career outcomes where the Student does not adequately participate, practice, complete assignments, or meet the applicable requirements.
8.1. Where mentorship or doubt-clearing support is included in a course, such support shall be provided according to the structure and availability specified for that particular program.
8.2. Mentorship does not constitute unlimited one-to-one instruction unless expressly stated as part of the purchased program.
8.3. Response times may vary depending on mentor availability, holidays, weekends, workload, and the volume of student queries.
8.4. Frame School may modify the mentor, support structure, schedule, or communication method when reasonably necessary.
9.1. Students may be required to use third-party software, applications, platforms, plugins, or services as part of their learning.
9.2. Frame School does not own or control third-party software and is not responsible for changes to their pricing, licensing, availability, functionality, system requirements, or policies.
9.3. Students are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required legitimate software licenses, subscriptions, hardware, internet connection, and other technical requirements unless expressly included in the course fee.
10.1. The Student is responsible for maintaining a suitable computer, internet connection, operating system, storage capacity, and other technical requirements necessary to access the course.
10.2. Frame School shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by the Student's internet service provider, device failure, power failure, software incompatibility, or other circumstances outside Frame School's reasonable control.
11.1. Students must maintain respectful and professional conduct when interacting with instructors, mentors, staff, and other students.
11.2. Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, deliberate disruption, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or other serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of course access.
11.3. Frame School reserves the right to take appropriate action where a Student's conduct materially affects the learning environment or the safety of other participants.
12.1. Students may share their learning experience, achievements, and permitted student work on social media.
12.2. Students must not publish confidential course content, private learning-platform pages, course recordings, proprietary project files, course PDFs, login credentials, or other protected materials without written permission from Frame School.
12.3. Students must not represent themselves as an official representative, employee, instructor, or authorized spokesperson of Frame School unless expressly authorized.
13.1. Frame School provides education, training, mentorship, and career assistance where applicable.
13.2. However, educational and professional outcomes vary between individuals.
13.3. Frame School does not guarantee any specific skill level, examination result, portfolio quality, freelance income, salary, employment, promotion, number of interviews, number of job offers, or return on investment.
13.4. Student outcomes depend on individual effort, practice, aptitude, prior knowledge, portfolio quality, market conditions, employer requirements, and numerous other factors.
14.1. Frame School may modify class schedules, mentors, course sequencing, delivery methods, platforms, or other operational aspects of a program where reasonably necessary.
14.2. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to Students.
14.3. Minor changes to curriculum, software workflows, assignments, or learning resources do not constitute a failure to provide the educational service.
Frame School reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Student's access in cases including account sharing, unauthorized distribution of course content, copyright/IP violations, fraudulent payment or enrollment, misrepresentation of identity, serious misconduct, unauthorized recording of classes, resale of course materials, or other material violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, termination may occur without restoration of course access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frame School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from the Student's participation in a course, including loss of employment opportunities, income, business opportunities, or anticipated career outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Frame School shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical infrastructure failures, internet outages, power failures, public emergencies, or other force-majeure events.
Frame School may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operational requirements, applicable law, or educational programs.
The latest version of these Terms may be made available through the Frame School website, student portal, enrollment system, or other official communication channels.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law.
